Ayredale Ranch & Co.

Ayredale's story began in 1846, when pioneer John Marshall Black established Ayrdale in Candelo, New South Wales. Rooted in hard work, resilience, and a deep respect for the land, his vision set the foundations for generations to come. We continue to honour his legacy and pay our respects to the man whose pioneering spirit first defined Ayredale.

Rooted in hard work, resilience, and a deep respect for the land.

Today, that story lives on through Ayredale Ranch & Co. Our farms run Santa Gertrudis cattle alongside a range of other rural enterprises, carrying forward the values of strength, endurance, and innovation. The historic Tyalgum General Store (est. 1908) now proudly forms part of the Ayredale family, extending our heritage into the heart of community life.

Ayredale Ranch & Co. is built on that same foundation — a brand that carries the weight of the land and the character of the people who work it. American made. Australian born. Every piece we make is an extension of that story.
